Our hinge pin and bushing replacement kit is a quick and easy fix for the common fault of poor quality factory door pins found in the GMC Sierra and Chevrolet Silverado series.
The conventional way of repairing the worn door hinges requires cutting and grinding off the old hinges, welding on the new ones and repainting the welded heat flash area. Our replacement kit allows the body shop to repair the worn hinge in a fraction of the time and without the hassles of repainting.
Pins are made of machined cold rolled steel. The bushing are made from durable, self lubricating brass alloy. One kit does one hinge.
