  14)  Squeegee material to prepare for sanding.


  15)  After 30 minutes, sand to contour with 80 grit on DA sander.  Heat (not a flame, use a heat gun, similar to a blow dryer but hotter) will accelerate cure time.


  16)  Finish sanding with 150 or finer grit.


     17)  The repair is now ready for primer.  Remove tape from underside.


   18)  To ensure optimum primer adhesion, flame treat repair area.


  19)  Prime with flexible primer.


  20)  Apply top coat per paint manufacturer's instructions.

Lord Fusor EXtreme Plastic Repair - Used to bond, repair and refinish TPO, TEO, PP, SMC, ABS and FRP.  Used on bumpers, emblems, door trims, interior and exterior plastic repairs and minor cosmetic repairs.  EXtremely high strength structural adhesive, EXtremely fast set.  Work time 1-1/2 minutes, handle in 10 minutes. 10.1 oz. cartridge with 2 mixers.  Pretreat bumper surfaces with surface modifier LFR 602.
Lord Fusor Bumper Repair - same as LFR 142 above, but slower set. Work time 3 to 5 minutes, handle in 3 minutes at 140 degrees. Use Fusor Reinforcing mesh for cracks, LFR 700.
